Natural Peacock Herl - $2.00 per pack - length is Mixed 3 to 8 inches, VERY narrow, shiny black with dark green irredescent.
Peacock Herl pack has 200 or more pieces per pack
This is a natural feather strand that is very narrow, it has a dark stem with iridescent green sheen, you treat it the same as feather extensions, many girls are adding 3 to 5 strands into the bead with the flash and feathers.

Euro Rooster Saddles - NO Longer available
Most Rooster Capes have feathers that are between 1 and 6 inches long.
Below is the older part of this page, it contains some images that are useful.
I do want to note that the natural colors will range in shades.
I have had some golden badger as true as the one pictured and others as dark as the speckled badger next to it.
Most of the dyed colors are true from batch to batch. This cannot be said of some other hackle companies.
The Whiting Hebert Miner PRO Cape. is a dry fly cape. The card has a Green Top and ties sizes 10 down to 20
The Whiting RED TOP - Dry fly Cape is best for TINY flies sizes 14 down to 28
Whiting no longer grades their hen products, American Rooster products, Coq de leon Rooster capes and Spey saddles.
ALL of the following products have been sold, but this is a fair representation of the colors.

The spey products are harvested just 2 times a year.
ALL the spey rooster and Hen necks are very hard to get this year.
The dyed salmon and natural grizzly are sold out until July 2009.
